Thunderbird Worldwide-Kazakhstan, in cooperation with Eagle's Flight (Canada), offers simulation games directed toward the market – they include exclusive solutions for trainings, seminars and corporate events. Games are designed to address strategy development, rallying a group around corporate values, improvement of internal communication and personal efficiency.
Experiential programs (or business games) place people in structured environments designed to accurately reflect situations in the workplace. The decisions that participants make during the experience determine their outcome. Powerful learning emerges in the debrief when their experiences are linked to their real-world situations.
